Summary: The spa was amazing and the property too. The food was delicious. This is such an incredible hotel so close to the airport. It feels like you are in an escape from reality but it’s also very convenient for an early flight.

Summary: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed at QC Grand Hotel Roma for just one night before our flight back to the US from FCO, and it was the perfect choice. The hotel is absolutely stunning—modern, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. Even though our stay was short, we were able to enjoy the beautiful spa and wellness facilities, which made our last night in Italy feel like a mini-vacation. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed, with all the little details that make traveling so much easier. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodated our needs with professionalism and warmth. The location is ideal for travelers—convenient to the airport yet close enough to enjoy a bit of Rome before departure. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and very well taken care of. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone needing a luxurious and stress-free stay before (or after) flying out of FCO. We will definitely return on our next trip!

Summary: We enjoyed our one night at the hotel close to the airport. We had no idea it was know for uts spa facilities so that was a lovely surprise! Beautiful gardens. We had a little problem with parking the car and getting help with our luggage other than that it was great for the night. Not sure I call it 5 star hotel when you got small paper cups for the coffee maker in the room!

Summary: This shouldn't be a 5 stars hotel, it just doesnt have the infrastructure to be one it needs to be updated and refreshed AC didnt work to well, the bathroom door couldnt be opened all the way becausse it will hit the toilet, when you arrive you get to a big parking lot and nothing says how to get to the front desk to check in, then it was not parking available close to the hotel and then you had to roll your luggage over dirt to get to the frontdesk. I could keep going but the point is that this isnt a 5 start experience

Summary: We arrived late and the staff was able to get us room service 10 minutes after it was closed. They also told us we could check-out an hour later since we arrived late due to a flight delay. So kudos on that. The room was spacious and clean. The issues started in the morning. A trickle of running water (this is their top-end suite). When we called and it came on, it was sandy and discolored for some time. The buffet food was ok, but the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The shuttle they offered to the airport is VERY infrequent, so we had to wait an hour for the next one. We had hoped to get a cold soda while we waited. We were told “it’s not possible.” We stayed at a wonderful hotel in Milan where the nightly cost was twice as much, but they bent over backwards to be helpful. The breakfast was awesome and they always had drinks of all kinds available in their courtyard. The place we stayed in Trieste was half the cost of this Rome stay at this property. Yet the service and willingness to be helpful was still better. Disappointed.

Summary: It was good! Overall, it's a wonderful spot to stay if you're catching a flight and need some time around the airport. The restaurant needs a lot of help. The waitresses was very unfriendly and didnt want to be there.

Summary: It's a nice Hotel. But it is also a Spa & Resort, where local guests purchase "day passes" to gain access to it, which makes it crowded, bringing the level of the experience down. Beautiful settings though.
